WoW: Forever Rogue changes
Every Rogue change in Blizzard's official WoW: Forever beta development notes, newest build first. 9 lines across 4 builds. Each line links to the official post.
What changed for Rogues, in brief
- Few Rogue lines so far: 9 lines across the four builds, and none in the Oct 8 post.
- Sap: it now flags you for PvP on flagged targets (Sep 24) and no longer procs weapon effects (Oct 15).
- Combo points (Oct 1): a missed Expose Armor no longer costs all your combo points. Setup only adds points to the target that you dodged or resisted.
- Oct 15: poisons no longer trigger against targets attacking you. Fixed refilling Energy by swapping specs. Cold Blood is consumed by Mutilate crits.
- One quest line ("Plundering the Plunderers") is tagged Rogue only because of list formatting. It's marked uncertain.
Summary written by Friday from the official notes below. The full verbatim list follows. See also: all beta changes by class · what to test in the Oct 19 stress test.
2 line(s) are marked uncertain: their class was inferred, not stated by a heading. Check the source.
