Summary

Headline: The big pre-launch update before WoW: Forever goes live on November 4. Every class got changes, led by large talent-tree reworks for Paladin and Rogue, a new Shank ability for Rogues, big Feral Druid and Hunter damage increases, much higher tank threat (Salvation is gone), and Lava Burst removed from Shaman.

This is Blizzard's full roll-up of changes since the October 15 Beta update. It also repeats the racial changes posted on October 26 and 27. Training all class abilities from 1 to 60 now costs about 206 to 207 gold for every class, and new spells no longer go onto your action bars automatically.

[Druid](/classes/druid/)

Shred, Claw and Ravage hit harder, and Rip, Rake, Ferocious Bite and Pounce deal about 25% more. Bear Form's threat bonus rises to 115% (was 50%). Berserk is removed, Lacerate becomes a Feral talent, and Rogues and Druids both get a new Poised passive that makes the first Energy ability out of combat cheaper. Restoration gets a new Bloom talent, and Wild Growth now has a 3 second base cast.

[Hunter](/classes/hunter/)

Aimed Shot bonus damage is up about 110%, Arcane Shot about 30%, and Serpent Sting about 20%. Aspect of the Hawk and Trueshot Aura give more Ranged Attack Power. All traps now share one 30 second cooldown.

[Mage](/classes/mage/)

Arcane Blast's mana cost per stack drops to 100% (was 175%). Frost Blast and Piercing Ice are removed, and Ice Lance now shares an 8 second cooldown with Fire Blast but does 300% damage to frozen targets again. Critical Mass goes back to 3 points.

[Paladin](/classes/paladin/)

All three talent trees are heavily reshuffled. Blessing of Salvation, Blessing of Light and Revoke are removed. Righteous Fury is trainable at level 10 and now adds 33% threat plus 90% more from Holy damage. New talents include Oath of Light (Holy), Shieldsworn and Stoicism (Protection), and Unsealed Wrath as the new 31-point Retribution talent.

[Priest](/classes/priest/)

Shadow Word: Death now costs you 30% of your max health if it doesn't kill (was 10%), but no longer hurts you on a miss. Binding Heal is replaced by a new Holy Binding talent.

[Rogue](/classes/rogue/)

New Shank ability at level 24 (an off-hand strike that generates Energy), and Deadly and Instant Poison's attack power scaling roughly doubles. Many talents across all three trees are moved, removed or added, including Death Mark, Boot Knife and Blood Splatter. Mutilate hits harder, and a dagger bug that made Hemorrhage and Ghostly Strike too strong is fixed.

[Shaman](/classes/shaman/)

Lava Burst is removed and replaced by Call of Thunder. Lightning Bolt base damage goes up (max rank by 80%), shocks go back to Classic Era values, and Lightning Overload's proc chance rises to 10/20/30%. Stormstrike deals 150% weapon damage on a 6 second cooldown. Riptide no longer heals up front.

[Warlock](/classes/warlock/)

Pets get much less health from your Stamina (2 per point, was 7.5). Wrack's spell damage coefficient doubles, Shadow and Flame's bonus doubles to 20% at max rank, and Drain Soul gives Soul Shards from damage much less often.

[Warrior](/classes/warrior/)

Defensive Stance's threat bonus rises to 80% (was 30%), and Slam's cooldown drops to 15 seconds. Fury gets new Reckless Swings and Improved Whirlwind talents, and Flurry becomes a 3-point talent.

Outside classes: gamepad support is now described as complete, base stats were corrected for all races, proc roots now have diminishing returns, and bags must be equipped manually.
