Patch My Main is a fan-made site. This page explains what happens to your information.
Reading the site
No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking scripts and no cookies set by us. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and requested page, for security and operations.
Email sign-up
- What we collect: your email address and the classes you tick. Nothing else.
- Double opt-in: when you submit the form, we email you a confirmation link that is valid for 48 hours. Nothing is stored until you click it. If you don't, your address isn't added anywhere.
- Where it's kept: after you confirm, your address and class choices are stored with our email provider, Resend, which sends the emails.
- What we send: a summary of new WoW: Forever changes for your classes, at most weekly per class, plus the one-time confirmation email.
- Abuse protection: to stop spam sign-ups, your IP address is held briefly in the sign-up server's memory to limit repeated requests. It is not written to any database.
- We never sell or share your address, and we don't use it for anything else.
- Leaving: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To change classes, sign up again with the new choices.
